Registration Form Tryout Fee: $75 or $50 if paid before first tryout Team Fees - New Jersey and Philadelphia: $675
Step One: Download, Complete, and Send Registration Form
First, please download the following PDF Registration form. Fill out the form, and email the completed form to nhues@msn.com, or fax it to 973-812-8086.
If you plan to pay now online via PayPal, do not fill out the payment information on the form, but go to Step Two below to pay via PayPal.
If you would rather send a check, click Payment Type: Check on the PDF form, and mail your check to the AAHA following the instructions in the PDF.
Step Two: Pay Your Registration Fee Securely Now Via Paypal First, select the appropriate price below, depending on if you are paying before or after the first tryout session. Then, click Add to Cart. This will redirect you to the AAHA's PayPal page, where you will complete your transaction securely using your PayPal account.
*** In the checkout page, be sure to note the player or team's name in the "Add Special Instructions to the Seller" text box, so we can match up your payment with your completed registration form.
