The Atlantic Amateur Hockey Association (AAHA), the Atlantic Affiliate of USA Hockey, is pleased to offer an award to either a registered USA Hockey Disabled Discipline player participating on a USA Hockey Disabled Discipline team/program or to a non-profit USA Hockey registered Disabled Disciplines team/program .
A one thousand dollar ($1,000) non-renewable award is available to support the development and growth of a disabled athlete or program in the AAHA.

Applicants must be currently registered with USA Hockey as a player or program in the AAHA without regard to race, sex, religion or financial need. Awards are non-renewable and selections made by the Review Committee are final. Selection will be based on:
Announcements of the awardee will be made in May via the email address included in the application. Only those applicants selected to receive an award will be notified.
Each awardee must respond in writing to accept the award by the date in the notification letter.
Applicants must complete the on-line application form and upload the following documents as attachments. Each document must be labeled with your First and Last Name or Program name and document type (i.e. Jim Smith-Letter of Interest; Jim Smith-Community Letter of Support).
Submitted applications that are not in compliance with these instructions will not be reviewed.
