Please be advised, due to newly released Executive Orders issued by the Governors of Delaware and Pennsylvania, the following provides our guidance and requirements for AAHA sanctioned activities as of the date above;
All games or competition of any kind within the State of Delaware are prohibited as of Monday, December 14, 2020, 8AM. Practices are permitted under certain requirements.
PRACTICES: Permitted, capacity limited to 30% of occupancy based upon building fire code.
SPECTATORS: Only 1 per player (State Modification, AAHA Approved)
GAMES: Games are not permitted effective December 14, 2020
OUT-OF-STATE PLAYERS: Allowed, and Clubs shall advise the parents/guardians of out-of-State players of possible travel requirements for their home state.
USE OF LOCKERS: Not Permitted.
MASK REQUIREMENTS: Required
Effective at 12:01AM on Saturday, December 12, 2020, all games, practices and sports-related functions are suspended for all sports including ice hockey, for youth, interscholastic, and adult age groups in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania until January 4, 2021.
While traveling to other States is not prohibited by the Affiliate where ice hockey is not suspended by the State Government, the AAHA recommends that its players, coaches and officials limit unnecessary travel.
The Affiliate will dispatch supervisors and rely on other information sources to verify compliance.
Violations of State-required COVID-19 mitigation requirements highlighted herein will be subject to a disciplinary hearing, and verified violations shall subject the Club to penalties, including but not limited to; Club or team season-ending suspension, loss of tournament-bound status not to exceed three (3) years suspension from all AAHA participation of those individuals deemed responsible for the violation(s) for a period not to exceed (3) years.
