The Atlantic District congratulates Aaron Bohlinger, Colin Felix, Marc Del Gaizo and Anthony Del Gaizo on their National Championship in the NCAA Division I Men’s Hockey tournament. Bohlinger scored the first goal of his collegiate career, which was also the first goal of the Championship match up and the first goal for the Minutemen ever in a National Championship game.

Bohlinger, originally from Walden, NY, played for Don Bosco Prep in Wayne, NJ, before joining the New Jersey Hitmen for a season. He went on to play a year with the Omaha Lancers and then the Alberni Valley Bulldogs. Just before his start at UMass, he played a season with the Waterloo Black Hawks in the USHL.

The Del Gaizo brothers hail from Basking Ridge, NJ, where both played two seasons for the New Jersey Rockets. Both went on to play for the Muskego Lumberjacks in the USHL prior to joining the UMass team for the 2018-19 season. Anthony, the older brother, plays forward and has two goals and three assists this season. Marc plays defense, and racked up three goals and 11 assists for the season.

Felix is from Audubon, NJ, and played youth hockey with the Flyers Elite (formerly Team Comcast) prior to heading to St. George’s School for prep school. He then played for the Janesville Jets in the NAHL and Madison Capitols in the USHL before joining UMass in 2018.
