The Ice Vault Arena in Wayne, NJ was bustling with activity Friday, Nov. 19 on the second day of the Sled Classic tournament.

This year, the tournament is being hosted by the New Jersey Devils, and as always, is sponsored by the NHL.

Friday kicked off with early morning games, and teams played throughout the day until the Marquee Game between the Devils and the Bruins at 5 p.m. The game featured USA National Team athletes Jack Wallace,  Kyle Zych, and Noah Grove. The Bruins secured a 5-1 victory over the Devils.

Players, coaches, and fans were then invited to enjoy a barbeque with live music and a free meal outside the arena. The social opened with words from organizers and Wallace, and a performance from the Pipes and Drums of Blue and Gold. There was also a live band for attendees to enjoy.

The Stanley Cup along with six other famous pieces of hockey hardware arrived at the Ice Vault Arena yesterday afternoon. Today, Saturday, Nov. 20, the trophies are open to viewing for the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a professional photographer taking photos free of charge.
