A change has been made to the 2025 AAHA Winter Meeting date. The meeting will now take place on Thursday January 30th at 7:00pm at the DoubleTree Hilton in Monroe, NJ.

This meeting was originally slated for January 28th.  Per the AAHA Bylaws (Page 18, Article X, Section A, Paragraph #2), the Winter Meeting is supposed to take place no later than the 4th Saturday in January.

Due to other league meeting schedules taking place throughout the District, and also the timing of the USA Hockey Winter meeting in Florida, the AAHA Executive Committee felt it was necessary to hold the meeting on January 30th, 2025.
